Օrganizing training to increase the efficiency of entities servicing water supply and irrigation systems
The project goal was to improve technical and financial management skills of the employees (Municipalities, NGOs, WUAs) in 27 water supply and 13 irrigation systems through the organization of skill development activities, such as trainings and practice demonstration of innovative technologies.
The following activities were implemented within the Project: stakeholders identification; training needs assessment; training module design and materials development; training organization on 3 main subjects: operation and maintenance of water supply systems, operation and maintenance of irrigation systems; commercial and financial management of infrastructure; training results evaluation.
