Preparation of design and cost-estimate documents for the construction of a wastewater treatment plant on the Getar River
Project Details
The design envisaged construction of a wastewater treatment plant in two main treatment stages:
- Installation of a large coarse mechanical screen and mechanical fine screen operating with 3 electric drives
- A partial biological treatment with construction of 3 aerated ponds.
The purpose of the design was to catch and remove the waste carried with the water in the Getar River, to carry out partial biological treatment of the wastewater, and to release as much treated water as possible to the Hrazdan River and then to Yerevan Lake.
