Preparation of design and cost estimate documents for the drinking water supply system of Srashen settlement of Kapan community, Syunik marz, RA
Within the framework of the developed detailed design, a new water intake was planned instead of the existing metal water intake in the design of the break-pressure chamber of the catchment, as well as at the connection point of the pipe coming from the river water intake.
The design also envisaged the repair of the river water intake and the sand trap clarifier, the reconstruction of the existing water intake structures on the water main, the reconstruction of the emergency section of the water main through laying a 291.0m bypassing water main. Besides, designing of a 100m3 capacity DRR, a lightweight chlorine plant building equipped with chlorination equipment operating with hypochlorite powder, approximately 2.2 km of distribution network water lines with 110-25 mm diameter polyethylene pipes, a total of 3 round r/c chambers with regulating, valve and fire hydrant units, as well as 50 individual house inlet lines and individual water meter chambers was envisaged.
